A Linux x86_64 desktop with GTK3. Nothing to install: the archive carries what it needs. There is no Windows or macOS build.

What to send back

There is no telemetry in this program, so nothing reaches us unless you write it. Four words are enough to sort anything you notice:

EXPOSURE — something sensitive appeared where it had no reason to be.
LIE — the app said something that was not true.
MISSING — you needed to know something and it did not say it.
FRICTION — a step that repeats or annoys without earning it.

Real documents teach more than made-up ones. If you would rather not start there, the archive has no sample — use any German letter you already have.

EXPOSURE — Sensibles erschien ohne Grund. LIE — die App sagte etwas Unwahres. MISSING — eine nötige Auskunft fehlte. FRICTION — ein Schritt nervt ohne Nutzen.

Before you use a real document

Z Privacy minimizes the sensitive content you send. It does not make you anonymous to the AI provider. The provider still sees your address, the time, and the model.

Your originals stay on your device unless you explicitly export restored text. The vault is one encrypted file under ~/.local/share/zprivacy. No account, no server of ours.

Provenance, hashes and the licences of everything inside: BUILD-INFO.txt, and third-party/ in the archive.
